We use reputable courier services to handle all deliveries. Our primary partners include G4S and Fargo, among others, to ensure secure and timely transportation of your items. The choice of carrier may depend on your location, package size, and availability at the time of shipment.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Kenya): All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nairobi via ground or express courier services.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping only within Kenya. If you are located outside Kenya and interested in our products, please contact our customer support at mizanigoods@gmail.com for potential arrangements or future updates.

Delivery Timelines

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Within Nairobi: Deliveries are made within 24 hours of order processing.
  • Outside Nairobi (Rest of Kenya): Deliveries are made within 48 hours of order processing.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, customs delays (if applicable), or high-volume periods like holidays. We will notify you via email if any significant delays are anticipated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (Within Nairobi): Free for orders over KES 5,000; otherwise, a flat fee of KES 500.
  • Standard Shipping (Outside Nairobi): Free for orders over KES 10,000; otherwise, a flat fee starting at KES 1000 (varies by distance).
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee of KES 300-800, depending on location, which may reduce delivery time by up to 50%.

All fees are displayed transparently during checkout. We do not charge hidden fees, and taxes (if applicable) are included in the final price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. You can track your shipment directly on the our website dashboard.

Shipping Address and Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • For deliveries requiring a signature, someone must be available at the address to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup.
  • We ship to physical addresses only; PO boxes are not supported for courier deliveries.

Delays and Exceptions

  • Holidays and Weekends: Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EAT) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events like strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics, delivery timelines may be extended. We will communicate any such issues promptly.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, we may ship available items first and follow up with the rest, or offer a refund/substitution with your approval.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, notify us immediately. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution, which may include a reshipment or full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, return it unused within 7 days for a free exchange or refund (shipping costs covered by us).
